MBJ Management
MBJ Management was started by Tony Roy in 2005. Tony, a former corporate executive with over 30 years of high level business management experience, recognized his passion for helping businesses grow and succeed. After starting MBJ, he became a Certified Business Coach utilizing the ActionCoach philosophies and practices.
After several years of success in the business coaching field, MBJ Management looked to expand their abilities to help small businesses. In 2012 MBJ Management began their new Bookkeeping and Accounting Services. Brenda Roy was brought in to run this new expansion. She brings over 30 years of business management and accounting experience to the team.
MBJ Management is now a multi-disciplinary business services provider to small businesses, including Business Coaching, Business Consulting, Workshops, Bookkeeping and Accounting Services.

Tony has over 30 years corporate and business management experience in the areas of operations, finance, quality, supply chain management and coaching. He holds a Mathematics degree from the University of Waterloo.
Brenda has over 30 years business experience in customer service, accounting & finance, and sales. Brenda has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Concordia University and an Accounting & Finance Certificate from Ryerson University.
